About the role:
This is a fast-paced Leasing Consultant role working under a team of property managers. You will lease properties throughout Epping, Ryde, Macquarie Park and Hunters Hill. Working closely with an experienced team, you will receive hands on training, mentorship and long term career progression opportunities.

- Advertise vacant properties and manage inquiry
- Conduct mid-week and Saturday open homes
- Process applications and complete reference checks
- Prepare open packs and set up properties for inspection
- Draft leases, arrange deposits to be paid, key hand over
- Carry out ingoing inspections

Experience required:
- Certificate of Registration
- Reliable car and driver’s licence
- Real Estate experience preferable
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Availability to work Saturdays
- $65,000 - $75,000
