About the role:
Take on the management of a well maintained portfolio of 170 residential properties located across the Northern Beaches. This role offers the perfect balance of autonomy, flexibility and support, with leasing, administration and accounts assistance provided.
Manage routine and outgoing inspections
Oversee repairs, maintenance and renovation works
Handle arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
Prepare and attend NCAT and insurance claims
Build strong client relationships and retain managements

Experience required:
Experience managing a residential portfolio end to end
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
Tech savvy with confidence to work in a paperless office
Strong communication and relationship building skills
The ability to establish and build strong client relationships
