We have an initial phone call to discuss the type of role you are after, along with your salary expectations.
We meet face to face or for a video call. We'll unpack your work history and skills and devise a plan together to work towards your career goals.
We'll give you some feedback on your resume, presentation and upskilling and work with you to improve anything that will give you an edge in the market.
You always have complete control over where your CV goes, and we'll brief you on current job opportunities as they arise.
We'll secure an interview and prepare you for the interview so you can feel confident when meeting our client.
If you are successful, we'll check in to ensure you're happy in your new role and that things are going well. If you're ever unsuccessful, we'll give you feedback on why and advise you on where to go next.
