Carlie’s entire working life has been spent in the real estate industry, so she has personal experience of everything from reception, sales, admin, team management and marketing, all the way through to business development.

Along the way, she has had the privilege of working with some of Australia’s biggest names in real estate, including McGrath, Ray White and LJ Hooker, as well as one of the UK’s largest recruitment firms, Reed. In London she was named Reed’s Number One Consultant.

Having more recently worn manager and director hats, for the past 14 years she has placed appreciative candidates in their dream jobs and helped boutique agencies, prop-tech start-ups and major property developers find the right people to grow their business. Her appreciation of changing market cycles, and the perspective born of deep experience, inspired her to launch Recruit & Consult – now one of the leading real estate recruitment agencies in Sydney, Newcastle and the NSW Central coast – in early 2019.
