Mixed use resi and commercial Project Management experience required
Strong understanding of CC process and managing contract admin
About the role:
Join a respected private developer based in Sydney’s Inner West with a comfortable project pipeline and a grounded, family-oriented culture. You will work closely with the Directors to deliver two mixed-use developments, overseeing external builders and coordinating all technical and compliance aspects of the projects.
Review and interpret architectural and services drawings
Manage Construction Certificate approvals and liaise with consultants
Coordinate DA obligations, ensure compliance across all stages
Oversee the builder and site progress to completion
Manage communication with Directors, build team and council
Oversee design changes
Ensure all documentation is in place before engaging the builder

Experience required:
Strong Project Management experience
Must have worked client side for a developer or builder
Ability to interpret architectural and services drawings
Understanding of CC and DA processes and compliance obligations
White card, driver’s license, reliable car
Tertiary qualifications in project/construction management
Stable work history and references
