Source new business opportunities
Qualify and convert client leads
Advise clients how to maximise rental returns
Conduct rental appraisals
Attend sales open homes
Manage property compliance
Draft managing agency agreements and proposals

Experience required:
Proven experience bringing on new business
NSW Class 2 real estate license
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Strong understanding of the property management process
Valid NSW driver’s license + reliable car
Ability to offer a high quality customer service experience
Benefits:
$70,000 - $80,000 + commissions
