About the role: Manage a portfolio of retail and commercial assets located on the North Shore and Northern Beaches. Work closely with long-standing clients, center managers, and trades to ensure smooth operations across the board. This is the perfect step for a skilled commercial property manager or a senior residential property manager ready to transition into commercial.
Direct repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks
Liaise with strata, solicitors, and contractors
Manage leases, key dates, and make-good obligations
Oversee budgets, arrears, and rent reviews
Maintain property through regular inspections

Experience required:
NSW Class 2 Real Estate License
Experience managing a commercial portfolio
OR strong residential property management experience
Strong landlord and tenant relationship management skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication
Current driver’s licence and reliable car
Ability to read a commercial or retail lease
