MUST have Development Management experience across land subdivisions in NSW

About the role:
Join an experienced developer as a trusted consultant on two major long-term land projects (spanning up to 8 years). You will review progress, advise on the DA process, consult on potential future issues and guide the team through planning, lodgement and stakeholder engagement. This is a tight, technical consulting remit focused purely on large-scale land subdivisions.
Review project status and flag risks early
Support DA lodgement and provide planning advisory
Liaise with council, planners and key stakeholders
Guide forward planning to prevent delays
Contribute to the broader development strategy and pipeline planning
Attend meetings in-office or via MS Teams

Experience required:
Development Manager experience in large-scale land subdivisions in NSW
End-to-end project exposure across DA, planning and delivery
Ability to advise on rezoning, planning pathways and risk mitigation
Confident working with councils and key stakeholders
Availability to consult a minimum 2–4 hours per fortnight
Tertiary education in development, urban planning or construction
