About the role
Working closely with the sales and property management team you will take leads and convert them into new managements along with networking and nurturing an existing pipeline to help grow the rental portfolio. There is a property management team in place so all you need to do is bring these new managements and the rest is taken care of.
Sourcing new business opportunities
Qualify and convert new business leads
Offer advice to clients to ensure maximum rental returns
Organise and conduct rental appraisals
Attend sales open home inspections
Attend sales meetings and build agent relationships
Prepare estimated rental returns for investors
Manage and nurture new business pipeline
Prepare investor pack for open homes
Issue managing agency agreements

Experience required:
Experience bringing on new business
NSW Class 2 real estate license
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Strong understanding of the property management process
Valid driver’s license + reliable car
Excellent customer service skills
Benefits:
$70,000 - $80,000 + commissions
