About the role:
This Monday–Friday Property Manager role offers excellent support across trust accounts, compliance, and leasing. You will take over a tidy residential portfolio of 110 properties with a full handover provided, giving you the time to focus on relationship management and tenant care.
Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Arrears management
NCAT preparation, bond and insurance claims
Onboard new tenants and managements
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Oversee repairs and maintenance
Hunter Valley based portfolio

Experience required:
Experience managing residential portfolio
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Drivers licence and reliable car
Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
Confident written and spoken communication
