North Shore based portfolio, Part time role Monday to Friday
About the role:
The perfect step away from running a portfolio where you can support a property management department on a part time basis to carry out routine inspections. This role requires no portfolio management or leasing, simply routine inspection management.
Organise and complete routine inspections
Liaise with tenants for access and reschedule as required
Prepare detailed reports with photos to accompany
Report inspection outcomes to the Property Manager
Assist with the occasional ingoing or outgoing inspection

Experience required:
A certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
Reliable car and driver’s license
Availability 5 days per week, 6 hours per day
Experience managing a portfolio
Excellent written communication skills
Highly organised and detail oriented
Benefits:
$90,000 pro rata
Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day
