Working from an Inner West office, you will enjoy the simplicity of supporting one landlord who values strong relationships with tenants and trusted trades, offering a streamlined and flexible property management role.

What will you be doing in this role:
This portfolio consists of residential and commercial assets, with plans to double the portfolio over the next 12 months. You will manage everything from leasing to outgoings, with support for all accounting tasks.
Advertise properties and manage inquiry
Leasing inspections and tenant selection
Ingoing and outgoing inspections
Routines and preparing reports
Arrears management
Repairs and project manage renovations
Rent reviews and lease renewals
NCAT preparation and attendance
Manage filing, data entry and updates to the Landlord
The right candidate will have:
5 years experience managing a portfolio on your own
Knowledge of the NSW residential tenancies act
Excellent relationship building skills
A reliable car and drivers licence
Highly organised
