About the role:
Coordinate the sales process from appraisal through to settlement, with the support of a highly experienced administration team. Work closely with the Sales Director and the sales team to ensure the end to end sales process and client care runs seamlessly.
Prepare for appraisals and manage follow up
Train new agents on processes and software
Assist with over flow of inspections
Prepare open and auction packs
Manage trades and styling to get properties on the market
Coordinate photos, copy writers and floor plan appointments
Liaison with solicitors, council, buyers and vendors

Experience required:
Experience in real estate sales or working in sales admin
Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
Highly organised with an eye for detail
Confident written and verbal communication
Drivers license and reliable car
