About the role:
Step into a Monday to Friday role with a full hand over where you will manage a residential portfolio of 250 properties with leasing, inspection and accounts support. This role will see you focus on nurturing both Landlord and Tenant relationships.
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Review routine inspection reports and issue to Landlords
Arrears management
NCAT preparation and attendance
Bond and insurance claims
Oversee repairs and any renovation works
Tenant selection

Experience required:
Experience managing a residential portfolio
Class 2 real estate license
A valid drivers license
Excellent time management
Confident communication skills
Strong knowledge of the residential tenancies act
