About the role:
Take responsibility overseeing and maintaining compliance across all business operations. This role ensures adherence to AML/CTF obligations, Fair Trading requirements, privacy legislation, and internal policies, while acting as the trusted go to for the team.
Maintain registers and documentation for reporting
Support staff with AML related queries and best practice
Deliver and coordinate compliance training
Support licensing, CPD, and regulatory requirements for all staff
Provide regular legislative updates to the business
Oversee compliance with privacy legislation and data protection
Conduct file reviews and audits and identify risks and solutions
Ensure systems and technology meet regulatory requirements

Experience required:
Experience managing compliance in real estate
OR for an industry aligned business
Class 1 or 2 real estate license
Sound knowledge of sales, AML and privacy legislation
Full time availability Monday to Friday
Experience training staff highly desirable
Strong attention to detail
