About the role:
The perfect step away from running a portfolio where you can support a property management department on a part time basis to carry out routine inspections. This role requires no portfolio management or leasing, simply routine inspection management.
- Organise and complete routine inspections
- Liaise with tenants for access and reschedule as required
- Prepare detailed reports with photos to accompany
- Report inspection outcomes to the Property Manager
- Assist with the occasional ingoing or outgoing inspection

Experience required: - A certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
- Reliable car and driver’s license
- Availability 5 days per week, 6 hours per day
- Experience managing a portfolio
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organised and detail oriented
Benefits: - $90,000 pro rata
- Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day
- No portfolio management
- North Shore based portfolio
