Senior Property Manager

About the role:

Step into a Monday to Friday role with a full hand over where you will manage a growing residential portfolio of 125 properties with leasing, inspection and accounts support. This role will see you focus on nurturing both Landlord and Tenant relationships.

• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Outgoing inspections and bond claims 
• Review routine inspection reports and issue to Landlords
• NCAT preparation and attendance
• Manage insurance claims
• Oversee repairs and any renovation works
• Tenant selection with Landlords

Experience required:

• Residential portfolio management experience 
• Class 2 real estate license
• A valid drivers license + reliable car 
• Excellent time management
• Confident communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the residential tenancies act
