About the role:
Take responsibility overseeing and maintaining compliance across all business operations. This role ensures adherence to AML/CTF obligations, Fair Trading requirements, privacy legislation, and internal policies, while acting as the trusted go to for the team.
- Maintain registers and documentation for reporting
- Support staff with AML related queries and best practice
- Deliver and coordinate compliance training
- Support licensing, CPD, and regulatory requirements for all staff
- Provide regular legislative updates to the business
- Oversee compliance with privacy legislation and data protection
- Conduct file reviews and audits and identify risks and solutions
- Ensure systems and technology meet regulatory requirements

Experience required: - Experience managing compliance in real estate
- OR for an industry aligned business
- Class 1 or 2 real estate license
- Sound knowledge of sales, AML and privacy legislation
- Full time availability Monday to Friday
- Experience training staff highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
