About the role:
We are looking for an experienced project sales agent who knows how to close deals and build lasting relationships. Reporting to the Director, you will drive sales across sought-after residential land estates and play a key role in shaping the success of multiple key projects.
Manage and qualify leads to convert to appointments
Establish relationships with builders to generate sales/packages
Prepare sales advice and coordinate deposit payments
Negotiate sales and nurture buyers through exchange and settlement
Collate price and market feedback reports for the developer

Experience required:
NSW Class 2 real estate license
Solid track record in land or off plan apartment sales
Confident negotiator and relationship builder
Self-driven, goal focused, and ready to perform
Reliable car and valid driver’s license
Availability 5 days per week including Saturday and Sunday
Benefits:
$70,000 + super + commissions
