Leasing, inspection, accounts and administration support
Monday to Friday, North Shore based portfolio
About the role:
This role will see you manage a portfolio of residential properties located across the Lower North Shore. You will be supported by a leasing consultant and have additional support with accounts, routines, and administration tasks.
Ingoing and outgoing inspections
Arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals
Prepare and attend NCAT hearings
Manage repairs and any renovation works
Bond and insurance claims
Coordinate with leasing and admin teams

Experience required:
Experience managing a residential portfolio
NSW real estate license or certificate of registration
Valid driver's license and a reliable car
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Confident communicator
Knowledge of the Lower North Shore
