About the role:
Take the lead on marketing strategy across multiple Sydney based off plan apartment projects. Work closely with Directors and wider team to manage the marketing of the projects along with guarding the brand and help further elevate and already well regarded business profile.
Drive strategy and budgets, refine spend and performance
Lead supplier relationships
Review and adjust digital campaigns to increase ROI
Drive developer meetings and reporting
Oversee events end-to-end, from planning to delivery
Mentor a creative specialist who will directly report to this role
Assist with market research and winning business
Manage lead flow, CRM and overall customer journey

Experience required:
Background in property or project marketing
Strong understanding of Meta and campaign reporting
Confident managing agencies and marketing budgets
Ability to lead meetings and influence stakeholders
Proven leadership or mentoring experience
Experience running events from A-Z
A valid NSW Certificate of Registration
