This role will see you manage a portfolio of 50 residential properties located across the Lower North Shore. You will be supported by a leasing consultant and have additional support with accounts and administration tasks.

- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews, lease renewals
- Manage repairs and liaison with trades
- Oversee portfolio compliance
- Bond and insurance claims
- Coordinate with leasing and admin teams
- Attend weekly team meetings

Experience required:
- 12+ months in a leasing or inspection manager role
- NSW real estate license or certificate of registration
- Valid driver's license and a reliable car
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of the Lower North Shore
- $75,000 - $85,000
