About the role:
This role will see you manage a portfolio of 50 residential properties located across the Lower North Shore. You will be supported by a leasing consultant and have additional support with accounts and administration tasks.
Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Arrears management
Rent reviews, lease renewals
Manage repairs and liaison with trades
Oversee portfolio compliance
Bond and insurance claims
Coordinate with leasing and admin teams
Attend weekly team meetings

Experience required:
12+ months in a leasing or inspection manager role
NSW real estate license or certificate of registration
Valid driver's license and a reliable car
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of the Lower North Shore
