About the role:
This is a hands-on property management role overseeing a portfolio of retail shops, entire office buildings, and smaller strata offices. With administration, accounts, and leasing support so you will be free to focus on what matters most: keeping properties compliant, maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships, and ensuring lease obligations are met.
- Manage repairs and maintenance
- Liaison with strata managers
- Oversee lease options and critical dates
- Manage make-good obligations
- Monitor arrears and budget management
- Ensure compliance across fire safety, insurance etc
- Conduct property inspections

Experience required: - Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Experience managing commercial assets
- Ability to interpret commercial lease agreements
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car
