Step into a Monday to Friday role, managing a portfolio of 250 properties with leasing, accounts, Assistant Property Manager support. You will work in a business that genuinely values their property management team and offers excellent career growth opportunities.
- Routine and outgoing inspections
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Assist with end of month
- Insurance and bond claims
- Oversee escalated maintenance issues
- Manage Landlord relationships

Experience required: - Experience managing a residential portfolio
- Knowledge of NCAT processes
- Class 2 real estate license
- Reliable car and drivers license
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- The ability to work as a team
