About the role:
Join an established real estate agency and as a part of their supportive Property Management team. This role focuses purely on inspections, allowing you to enjoy the back end of property management without the responsibility of managing a portfolio.
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Prepare inspection reports for issue
Liaise with Property Managers, Landlords and Tenants
Schedule inspections and manage your daily run efficiently
Build relationships while delivering excellent customer service

Experience required:
Experience in leasing, inspections or property management
Current Certificate of Registration
Valid driver's licence
Strong written nad spoken communication
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Benefits:
$35 p/h + superannuation + company phone
Option to work 3 full days or part time hours across 4-5 days
