- Outgoing and routine inspections
- Nurture Landlord and Tenant relationships
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Prepare for and attend NCAT
- Manage bond and insurance claims
- Tenant selection with Landlords

Experience required - Experience managing a residential portfolio
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
- Current driver's license and reliable car
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong communication skills
