About the role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys being part of a team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps each other out. You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of 170 residential properties with excellent support across administration, accounts, tenant communication, along with overflow support with leasing and inspections, allowing you to focus on nurturing your Landlord relationships.
Mid-week and Saturday leasing, with support
Maintenance and arrears management
Ingoings, outgoings, routine inspections, with support
NCAT preparation and attendance
Portfolio compliance
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Bond and insurance claim management

Experience required
Experience managing a residential portfolio
Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Excellent communication skills
Proactive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Flexibility to work every second Saturday
