Prepare for appraisals and manage follow up
Just listed and just sold calls
Door knocking and letter box drops
Assist with open homes and private inspections
Prepare open and auction packs
Manage buyer inquiry and the buyer database
Assist with negotiations and managing offers
Lison with solicitors, council, buyers and vendors

Experience required:
Experience in real estate with prospecting and buyer management
Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Fluent Mandarin and English language skills
Drivers license and reliable car
Flexibility to work Saturdays
Benefits:
$70,000 - $80,000 + commissions
Monday to Saturday with a weekday off
