Property Manager - Part Time

Joining a supportive and collaborative team, you'll work alongside a Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to help deliver exceptional service across a well-managed residential portfolio. This is a 12-month contract making it perfect for an experienced Property Manager looking for better work-life balance while still staying connected to the industry.

• Co-manage a residential portfolio
• Complete ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Manage repairs, maintenance, arrears and lease renewals
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants
• Assist with NCAT preparation when required

Experience required

• Previous experience as a Property Manager
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
• Current NSW Driver Licence
• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Friendly, reliable and customer-focused approach

Benefits

• $80,000 + super (pro rata)
• Work 3 or 4 days per week 9:00am - 5:00pm 
• No Saturday work
• Company car available during work hours
