Broad operations role with settlements, compliance and executive support

About the role:
Be the operational hub of a national capital transactions team, keeping the office, team and day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will coordinate settlements, campaigns, compliance, documentation and offer executive support to the CEO, while working closely with the internal sales team, clients, lawyers, accounts and key external stakeholders.
Coordinate settlement documentation and invoices
Create agency agreements and data rooms for sales campaigns
Arrange title searches, leases and other campaign-related info
Oversee office operations and facilities
Act as point of contact for all IT related matters
Support the CEO with EA tasks such as expenses and travel booking
Organise team social and training events
Monitor corporate and individual licenses and CPD
Manage relevant subscriptions and supplier relationships
Prepare monthly board reports
Send press releases and liaise with media
Support AML compliance requirements

Experience required:
Strong property operations and admin experience
Understand the sales process from listing to settlement
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with staff at all levels
Understanding of sales compliance and AML
Proactive, personable and able to drive outcomes
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
