Claire joined the Recruit & Consult team with a hospitality background and a business degree majoring in hotel management.
She had a love for hotels from a young age and a curiosity about real estate and property which landed her with a specialist real estate and property recruitment agency.
Working in hotels in Sydney and London, Claire loved that no day is ever the same and you are constantly meeting and interacting with new people. She is a good listener and communicator, and her previous work experience in such intensive customer-centric roles has enabled her to develop many transferable skills and steer her career down the recruitment path.
From Team Administrator to now Recruitment Manager, Claire has transitioned her role at Recruit & Consult, focusing on all things operations + behind the scenes. She has a genuine passion for going above and beyond to provide back-end support to the team along with assisting to guide job seekers on how to shape their careers.
