The vision was a recruitment agency specialising solely in real estate, connecting the best people with the best agencies and helping guide others along their career journey. At the start, the office was the kitchen table, and meeting rooms were local cafes.
The business started to take on more clients and continued to build stronger, ongoing relationships within the industry. It quickly became time for the company to expand, and a full-time administrative assistant was employed. In 2019 Recruit & Consult moved into a beautiful office in Lavender Bay, and the team has continued to grow, expanding the business's reach and providing the best possible service to clients.
Carlie's personal development as a business owner allows her to relate to and help clients more than ever. She understands clients' ups and downs and pain points and has learnt how to solve many of these hurdles herself. The future looks bright as the business continues to grow. Recruit & Consult are in it for the long game. We believe in quality over quantity. Building a better business for us doesn't mean chasing as many clients as possible but rather strengthening our relationships and services, providing the best service we can for as long as we can.
