What will you be doing in this role:

  • Listing and selling residential real estate
  • Working in a team of like-minded agents
  • Use technology to provide unparalleled client service
  • Generating maximum buyer interest through marketing tools

  • Nurture and grow your sales pipeline
  • Attend photo shoots and styling sessions
  • Develop your skills with tailored made training  

The right candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 18 months of real estate sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Central Coast 
  • A current real estate licence 
  • A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • The ability to self-motivate
  • An established sales track record 
  • The desire to increase their income
